Beautiful scenery great ice fishing in the winter. Nice family park with fishing, BBQ, gazebo, volleyball, zipline, beach and swimming in the summer. Only downside I'd say is the geese like to leave little surprises all over the beach in the spring. Also on great sunny days the park fills up fast and parking is limited.

Even in winter it is still a wonderful place for children and adults as well ... the lake is obvious frozen and it is good ice fishing.. plus ice skating and people use winter kites to skip across the lake .. with the frozen trees and lights for Christmas holiday season at night it’s beautiful .. !

Its a good place to take kids swimming if you don't mind Dirty lakes lol....

They have 1 grill, 6 metal picnic tables under a covered roof, a set of swings, a pirate boat with awesome slide, and a zip line. There is also a sandy beach to walk on with the lake footage. The only sad issue is that you cannot swim on the water due to Swimmer's Itch, a parasite that is in the water.
