How many weeks does it take for them to get your prescription correct or to send it to the correct pharmacy? If that is a question you have, the answer is at least 3. But that's after they deny it without informing then tell you they have sent it to your pharmacy multiple times when they havent. They have lost my business and i would strongly recommend going somewhere else. The staff are helpful but everything after the visits are the worst.

I am 70-years old. I initially took an appointment with an NP and after his exam he had me see Dr. Logan, a Urologist. Dr. Logan, the NPs, the RNs and office staff all rate five stars from me. Men's issues are worrisome and scary as the explorations that may need to be done are uncomfortable and very personal. After the initial scoping by Dr. Logan of my prostate and bladder, the RN who assisted him stayed with me and helped me clean-up and recover. I took an anti-anxiety medication - Ativan, prior to the scope exploration. I also recommend, as I did, an overnight stay in the hospital for catheter issues, stress reduction and other unexpected things that could arise hours after the surgery. NOTE: Dr. Logan's personal care for me did not end when the surgery time was over. He was awakened at 3:00 AM by my attending hospital RN for guidance and he advised her on a solution to a medical issue that came up. Upon removal of the catheter and initiation of a flow test at the clinic, 4 days after my TURP/bladder surgery, the skilled RN assigned was helpful, respectful and at all times treated me with dignity. My surgery result was on-point with 100% function returned.

I've been here a few times now, and the staff and facility are first-rate. Like many providers they can have issues communicating prescriptions to certain pharmacies, where the pharmacy doesn't get the script and there's no follow-up, until the patient tries to figure out what the heck happened. Five stars otherwise! I've learned to get a printed prescription, it's definitely less of a hassle.

Dr. Allen is very good. I would recommend him. Didn't have any issues at all with this office. Good friendly staff at the receptionist desk and no billing issues to speak of.

Very poor services start from the front desk to the doctor, oh except for the nurse that help my husband after his surgery (failed surgery) i think she's the only one that has real compassion, pretty sure this place is only there for money, my husband end up in over 10,000 bills for a failed surgery he did not even sign up for, he signed for something else but woke up with a catheter that is not necessary specially when it interferes his job and his day to day activities and what worst is when he comes home, this catheter isn't working not sure what this surgeon is thinking, I guess just thinking about the money they'll collect? I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
