I like the online order, pick up in store. Fast and convenient. The guy behind the counter could use to turn up the customer service charm quite a bit, bit that's typical NAPA. Act like they are doing you a favor and its putting them out or something! But it was the right part and the other guys didn't have it and it was 50 cents less than Amazon even!

In my opinion NAPA Auto Parts on Dowling Road is the BEST Auto Part store in town. Out of all the NAPA Auto Parts stores in Anchorage you'll most likely find the part here because this store has the largest amount of parts in stock. If the part isn't here then you're a short drive from the NAPA Auto Parts warehouse or wait until the end of the day for the part to be delivered to this store. I've purchased alternators, power steering pumps, batteries, belts, (oil & air) filters, bulbs, and fluids here. The experienced employees will treat you like family, but you need to give the new guys some slack. I highly suggest that you (1.) Know what you're doing/talking about. (2.) Have the part number with you. If you don't know (1 or 2) then you'll be here a while and you'll see a line form quickly behind you.
