There always friendly there! Went to pick up some white curly ribbon for work. They always have a GREAT variety of colors! I didn't see any so the gal double check and said it hadn't come in yet. Asked if I needed it right away because she could suggest a couple of places to find it. I told her I try back in 2 weeks. Another shopper said go online. I politely replied hell noooooo! She looked surprised. I told her I don't shop online much because that's why all the stores everywhere all over the country are going out of business...... We all really need to think about that... Ask yourself this. Were might your Grandchildren be working in 20 years???? Probably won't because jobs will be VERY HARD to come by. Just my thoughts.

Purchased an item that was listed as 9.95. I paid cash, looked at my receipt and noticed it rang up 15.95. I asked about the issue and was told 15.95 was the actual price of the item. It was a headband. I decided I didn't want to spend 16 bucks on a headband and asked to return it. Mind you, I never left the store, let alone the counter. I was told that I had to get in store credit since I paid cash. Talked to the manager who claimed she did not have a # to a corporate office/higher manager and was told that their return policy was on all their receipts, which you don't get until AFTER you pay. The way the manager presented herself and went about the whole ordeal was highly frustrating and unprofessional. I've shopped at this overly priced store for as long as I can remember but after this, it'd be a cold day in h#ll before I go back there to shop.

I went in a few days ago to look at a Halloween costume for my daughter. Sammie helped us look at all of our options and was very kind and helpful. We were able to find something my daughter absolutely loved and will definitely come back. The selection was wonderful and the customer service was even better. Even though they didn't have what I was seeking the day before Halloween (I plan in advance, as you can see), the whole team was extremely helpful & efficient in providing me options from least expensive to most, and even which competitors to seek out for the exact product I was looking for. Wonderful experience! Went in yesterday to get help with balloons for my daughters baby shower. I was trying to match something I saw online and couldn't find the exact thing. The owner took her time with me and helped me design something even better! Thanks so much Partycraft!

The customer service was amazing. One worker spent so much time trying to help me find birthday decorations for my 1 year old daughter. She gave me all kinds of ideas when the store didnt have the specific theme I was looking for. She showed me ways to blend themes and color schemes. Plus they gave my daughter a free balloon while we shopped. They are awesome!!!!

Their selection wasn't all that good (except for balloons, they had a great selection of balloons) its dim and feels very dated inside.

It's always a good idea to order balloons in advance either over the phone or in person (if you're not positive what you want). They are mostly younger staff that are energetic and like to be of assistance. Halloween time gets very busy so make sure to go extra early to pick out any costumes!
