I work at the 5th Avenue Mall and every once in a while, you just crave something different than the mall food. I walk to Red Umbrella weekly during the summer. I usually get the Louisiana Hot Link with onion, cheese and boss sauce. It's amazing. Prices are awesome and I usually get the meal deal which comes with chips and drinks. Food is delicious and the owners of the cart are awesome. Can't recommend this place enough. My co-workers and I love'em.

Friendly cart attendant, tasty sausage with plenty of condiments available (grilled onions, kraut, relish, ketchup, mustard, jalapenos, etc.). Normal reindeer was spicier than expected when there's a hot option, so I'd be interested to know what the hotter one is like. Interesting that they split the sausage lengthwise to grill before putting it on the bun. Prices were in line with all the other carts around downtown.
