Excellent Service! The technician we had worked with for years has retired and we were looking for a new company. Royal was prompt to respond to my online request and came out the next morning. He explained what he saw and showed us proof of the issue. Fixed things quickly and offered some thoughts on future opportunities. We will definitely use them again!
I have to say that I work with Royal Business Systems a lot and whenever I need anything I call. I usually talk to Jackie, she is super friendly, always professional, and gets us answers to our questions. She is a prime example of how customer service should be. I feel she is probably Royals best asset to the company. Their service technicians are great as well too.
As the Petersburg School District technology director and educator, I wanted to send a written note of appreciation. Jake Priebs visited PSD this week to install three new Kyocera Taskalpha 6053ci systems. While here Jake worked to provide an excellent level of service by efficiently putting the systems together and thoroughly teaching our District Office and Technology Department about the maintenance and care of the systems as well as training and use. As a tech director for 10 years and an educator entering the 25th year, I must give Rick and Jake high marks for their professionalism and quick repose to the needs of our district. From beginning to end with Rick returning quotes within a few days of our communication, and Jake leaving us in good hands with a solid installation and training to get us started, I feel as if you are doing more than just selling a product. We are looking forward to working with Royal Business Systems and the people they employ to support education in the Petersburg School District.
We have had a wonderful experience with our new copier, always hate change but Royal made it easy and painless!!
