Horrible move out experience. I had talked to management about what needed to be done for move out. Got the ok and turned in my notice. When I went to turn my keys in it was a completely different managment team. They told me I had not given sufficient notice and that it does not matter what my old managment team said because they were not here anymore. Now I am in collections for being charged an extra month of rent due to new managment not communicating with old managment. Will keep trying to get this resolved and keep my review updated.

Pretty great place to live. Affordable and maintenance was always fast and effective. I loved that they allowed dogs and they gave me my entire deposit back. I was concerned because previous friends had not received their deposits, but as long as you clean well and take care of the place...you should most definitely be good.

Literally the worst place I've ever lived. Neighbors do not follow the property rules, the office doesn't care about those infractions, or any other issue that arises. Would not recommend to anyone else.

Waste of time and money trying to apply for a simple 2 bedroom. Wasted 3 whole weeks trying to apply just to get rejected after wasting 25 on the “non-refundable” fee. Don’t apply here if you plan on wasting your time and money!!!!
