This is the real deal, easily the best barbecue I've had in Alaska and it would put up a good fight in Texas, Alabama, or KC. I don't say that lightly, I'm a former competitive barbecue judge. The ribs were tender with an excellent dry rub. Our chicken was also perfectly cooked and they pulled off a great white barbecue sauce, which is a rare find indeed. We will be going back. Frequently.
