I haven’t been to this place in over a year but now that theres a new chef in town, the food has been AMAZING! Me and the honey came for Valentines dinner and everything was spot on, the drinks as always were perfect and the food to go along with it was delicious. Chef Martha is turning this place into a true authentic Mexican restaurant. 100/10

made reservation's for 13Feb2021 and got told once we arrived that they were serving a limited menu which was not stated on website. the waitstaff not only served us the wrong food once but did it twice and to top in off the person that brought the food acted like i was in the wrong for saying my dish was incorrect. One of the main dishes we got was boarder line raw and bland. the waitstaff came and apologized twice but didn't bother comping anything which any restaurant I've been to that didn't serve the best food or served you the incorrect food would have done. I've dined out in 3rd world countries and have had been experiences then this place and one of those countries was a war zone. really wish you could rate places with zero or negative stars!
The drinks were good... the food on the other hand was... lacking. The tortilla soup tasted like tomato soup and the tacos were bland. I saw a guy literally take the salt shaker lid off and dump salt onto his tacos. I really wanted to like this place as the atmosphere is very nice.
Came here for a date night. They’re drinks aren’t your typical bar drinks but are so tasty. Their tacos are amazing especially for Alaska. This is the type of place you can dress up or dress down. They have live music on occasion too which is nice. Music isn’t over bearing and loud either. The waitstaff is very friendly, very attentive and makes the whole experience perfect. And it’s conveniently located downtown in between shops and bars and close to plenty of parking and the Hilton hotel is walking distance
