I absolutely LOVE Value Village! I find all the name brand clothes that I like to wear at a CHEAP price. The customer service is the BEST. Crystal at the Northern lights and Boniface is the best. So helpful and friendly.

I come here often in search of different items for different occasions. For a second hand store, they provide neat stuff. It isn't Forever 21 but I would say I couldn't live without them!

Though it's not the best selection in town or even the state, it's the better customer service store than southside. A lot of stuff is dirty, I've had to return things that were stained on the inside because the pricer clearly didn't look at the item the way they are trained to. I shop here a lot and as long as I keep my eye out and truly inspect things before I buy them, I'm over all pretty happy. Their pricing is better than most stores most of the time, and they have the best selection of books I've seen in a value village in a long time. And to clarify, because I see it often, this is NOT A NON PROFIT. Non-profits the company DOES partner with get pennies on the dollar. Most non-profits partner with Savers/VV because crumbs is better than nothing. If you shop here to feel good about \helping the community\, stop and donate your clothing to women's shelters or homeless shelters (or hell, drop the bags off downtown for the homeless to pick through themselves), and donate your money and time instead of this pretend \feel good\ act.
