Looked around for a bit on 2 seperate days and Gavin was there both days and was very friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of shoes and more stuff in the store than I knew about. It was a great experience and I will shop there again. The reason for the 4* and not 5* is because they were out of my size in most of the shoes I asked for. But still it was good.

Stopped into the Vans store at the mall while visiting from out of state. Chris went above and beyond to help my daughter get the shoes she wanted! Outstanding service and a great atmosphere. Love this store!!
