Tremendous service. I was kept in the loop on everything that was going on (first time ever getting my ducts cleaned) and was given a ton of useful tips for home care too. They went the extra mile and even gave the vents some loving and they are looking brand new. Super friendly people and when I received the final bill I was shocked. Top notch work at a super reasonable price will be a repeat customer and can’t recommend enough.

Jay was absolutely fantastic to work with. Friendly and punctual. We had just moved into our house and realized dryer hookup was unsafe. Jay fit us into his busy schedule and did an excellent/clean job installing a new dryer and duct to outside. He has great depth of knowledge and took the time to explain the heating system, the work he was doing, and made recommendations about maintenance for the house generally. I really enjoyed talking with him and learned quite a bit. He provides exceptional service. We’ll be looking to the vent dr for all our vent/ducting needs in the future.
Vent doctors did an AMAZING job. Needed some help figuring out what was wrong with our dryer and vent doctors got to the root of the issue within minutes! The Vent Doctor came to clean our dryer vents and check out forced air system. In the end, we didn't need any service because of the way the lines are configured, so there was no charge. We appreciate Jay's honesty and time. He's also great a communicating by text, which is convenient. Thanks!
I had an issue that Vent Doctor could not help me with. Instead of just saying 'no', Jay took the time to give me tips on how I could handle this problem myself - complete with providing links to websites with the information and products I needed. If Vent Doctors of Alaska have this level of customer service for someone that they are not making any profit from, I am sure their customer care must be off the charts. I am so grateful for Jay's kindness.
