The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have all the additional trailering parts: hitches, balls etc. to make it a one stop shop. I'm very impressed with the quality of the trailer I purchased. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Every part of my experience with these guys was top notch. Mr Price was the salesman I worked with, he didn’t try to talk me into anything he just helped me arrive at a conclusion of my needs and budget. Though I own and have owned many trailers the guys on the yard were great and give a walk around after hooking up to the truck. They checked everything with me to include checking the lugs with a torque wrench. Offered to answer any questions about maintenance and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any other questions. They also took care of all the DMV paperwork. If I need to buy a trailer in Alaska again I will most definitely be a return customer.
Easy transaction. First time visiting sales lot was hitching up trailer we ordered. Salesperson (Charlie) was transparent about pricing. Had been searching enclosed trailers long before contacting White Spruce. Found many pre-owned units on CL and FBMktplace listed for up to 2x new! The enclosed trailers White Spruce carry are manufactured to Alaska-sized-toy-dimensions (extra height & width). All things considered, purchasing new appeared the best course. We purchased a 24' enclosed Cargo Mate. Two trips, so far so good. The big \tell\ will be how trailer is holding up a year on...whether or not any defects manifest...and how White Spruce stacks up regarding service after the sale. Reviews tendered shortly after a sale only address the sales process itself (as mentioned: excellent).
