Great marina that took our boat in on short notice when we purchased this Summer and our trailer was still being built. The staff at Anclote Harbor is AMAZING and is one of the main things we will miss. Marina is very clean, maintained well and the boat app for requesting a launch was very easy to use.

The agreement was that they would clean the Waverunner, and flush the engine after every use. They told us not to worry, because they take care of all kinds of boats and take special care to flush the engines with fresh water, rinse the engine bay, and clean the outside of the craft. It turns out this is not true. On at least two occasions there was evidence that the Waverunner was not cleaned at all. The first time it happened, the Waverunner was pulled from dry dock still covered in sea grass. Their excuse was that they couldn't find the hose attachment, which was in the main compartment. Why didn't they call? We were told when we signed the contract that they had adapters for all of the different kinds of boats and PWCs. The second time, we accidentally locked the Waverunner with the remote control so that the engine could not be started. They just put it away without cleaning it, then it was stored for an entire month with salt water in the engine. We discovered this the next time we took it out, because it wouldn't start until we realized the engine was locked. Only we had the remote, so it was impossible for them to start the engine to flush it with fresh water. They never called to ask for the remote to unlock and start the engine. They just let it sit there and rot. At that point we decided to cancel with them and take the Waverunner out of the marina. Of course they charged us extra fees for cancelling. The Waverunner now has an oil leak due to excessive corrosion. We don't yet know how much the repair bill will be. This craft was impeccably maintained before they took responsibility for it. It's a 2017 model with less than 40 hours on it, and there is now corrosion everywhere due to their neglect. They assured us they would take special care and that they clean all boats properly. This, in our experience, is far from the truth.

It doesn't get any better than this. The top notch facilities and most importantly the people at Anclote Harbors Marina are truly the best around! The location allows for quick access to the intercoastal and Gulf and the staff are happy to help with everything possible to make sure your day is easy and carefree. it is large enough to have everything you need I'm small enough to make their customers feel like family.

I had my boat there for 3 years and received great service for 2 years, the last year they have gouged my chines 4 times, the first 3 they fixed but this time the owner said he was not fixing it because he talked to other marinas and the same thing was happening to Key West and other boats and it was a air pocket when Built. The dock supervisor said it was the marinas fault. So I call Key West and submit a claim on the warranty, they looked at it and refused the claim saying it was the marinas fault. Owner still refuses to fix. I know of at least 3 other boats they have damaged. They started using a app to get launch times that is terrible, you have to sign in on a Sunday night to get a 9 am launch for that following Saturday otherwise it a 1 pm launch time or later if you wait. They have early morning launch (put down the night before) and the last 3 times I got there the boats are 3 deep and nose to tail, it takes about a hour of moving other people’s boats to get yours out. I would not recommend this marina to anyone unless they change a lot of procedures. And for people posting about Anclote harbors Marina’s and Mary’s it’s two different places Mary’s is in Anclote Village Marina and not a bad place.
