As a follow-up to my posted review from last week, I would like to share how pleased I am with my reupholstered chairs. After a mishap with a scheduled appointment I had on January 23rd, I submitted an unfavorable review. Shortly after seeing my review, I received a follow-up call from the owner, Efrain, apologizing for the inconvenience caused and offered to come out on the same day to pick up the chairs in an effort to regain my business. After agreeing to giving them another try, the chairs were picked up as promised and the reupholstered chairs were delivered in less time than initially discussed. I am glad I gave Ancor Professional Upholstery a second chance and considering having them reupholster two additional barstool chairs. Thanks Efrain for your professionalism and follow-up. I stumbled upon Anor and Efrain while googling as I was still in the information gathering phase in my debate of buying a new couch and chair or upholstering my current ones. I emailed the company's email and Efrain responded in less than 24 hrs. The customer service was equally awesome from that point forward. He stepped me thru the process, gave me a large variety of options based on what I shared I was looking for and the end product was beautiful! Everyone who has come to my home is amazed that this is my old couch and chair set. Now, the work that Ancor does is not cheap. HOWEVER the quality, craftsmanship and customer service are impeccable and that will cause me to spend a little more all the time. Also, the company picks up and drops off your pieces! It is without reservation that I highly suggest you consider Ancor and Efrain for your next project!
