Trashy vehicles. Bought 1 & the transmission went out 3 days later. Put me in another 1 giving me only 2 vehicles to choose from or loose my down payment. Picked 1 & then its been leaking oil and they say they have a warranty. Thats bs 2 cause it's 950 worth of damages not covered. They refuse to help pay out for any of these damages nor will they put me into another vehicle. If u return the vehicle it damages your credit. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

horrible people, horrible experience. my boyfriends mom financed a car and has been through 2 cars bc in the first 3 days of having it we realized the transmission was messed up and they had to fix it or switch cars bc it was 3 days into having the car, now she has a car that she has to pay 1000 dollars to fix a problem THEIR mechanic was covering up since november not to mention she had to pay 400 dollars for a fix that was also a problem that was happening while on the lot that we didn’t realize but they should have seen and fixed before putting on the lot. their mechanic has said that since the car ran out of oil and an oil light popping up multiple times that she needs to put a “thicker oil” in it and after months of the car running out of oil, going up there and telling them somethings wrong and then just sending us home with nothing fixed, their mechanic saying he didn’t want to work on the car bc it’s a subaru and to take the subaru to family auto and trade it out (which they won’t allow), their mechanic tell us they don’t even put subarus on the lot anymore bc they break down a lot, she finally asked them them to switch the mechanic since united auto(their mechanic) didn’t want to do anything and when the new mechanic does an inspection they find 3 gaskets leaking, that family auto AND especially their mechanic has been covering up since day 1. they put cover ups and bandaids on the cars problems until your 30,000 mile warranty runs out. when we called about this last problem (the 3 gaskets leaking) maria said “well do they all have to be fixed?” so you know they don’t fix every problem before putting on the lot, just enough to get you to buy then you drive it for a while and notice there more problems with the car than the car is worth.

This place is trash like the cars they sell. They charged me 17000 dollars for a car the bank declared only worth 329 dollars. I paid on Time every month for 2 years even after it broke down 4 times and when I decided to give the car back and get better they were extremely rude.
