Shelves empty, customer service has gone down the tubes since Paula and Art left. Quit hiring college kids that are clueless and get real boaters in this store.... better yet, put a store in Seneca where both lakes are. From now on, I'll buy my boating supplies by the coast or at the local marinas. At least they stock up and have knowledgeable people on staff. If I could rate this store a negative 5 stars, I would. Used to be a great place and I've spent tens of thousands here over the years..... no more.

Joshua from the West Marine in Anderson South Carolina was very helpful in finding the proper lake map chip for my depth finder. The new Garmen had all of my salt water spots but I did not have the lake maps. He researched several sources and found the best one for me.
