It's a very clean and friendly place to have your meat cut.... any way you so desire. It's double wrapped with the amount of meat you want in a package. I have used their processing all of my life. And I know it is my animals I get back. The way I want in a package... no surprises

Bought 4 ribeeye steaks, looked great, disappointing that they weren't tender. I love shopping local. However I'll stick to the hot dogs they make. Steaks way too tough. And yes i cooked them perfectly.
