We made the mistake of purchasing our RV from this dealer. The service after the sale has been non-existent. They fail to respond to emails and don't call you back. I am taking my RV elsewhere to have it winterized as they couldn't be bothered to return my multiple messages. We had an appointment to have repairs made (we live two hours away) and when my husband showed up they told him it would be ready in a few days. After telling me (via email) that they could have it ready in two hours while he waited. Find your dream RV somewhere else.

If you’re looking for an absolute nightmare while shopping for a camper then Wichita RV is the place for you. Their lack of communication, customer service, and knowledge of what their products are designed for is inadequate. They seem sincere when they state, “we will make this right.” However, it is just the typical sales talk. I’d rather drive out of state and actually have a camper over dealing with them ever again. Updated Response: I attempted to get in contact with the GM, Dale after receiving this notification at 5:30 PM on 06/11/2018 however, he was gone for the evening. I will be sure to call back tomorrow morning 06/12/2018 to ensure Wichita RV that I am not “disparaging” their business. Also, I posted a photo below of the 2017 Fury Ben Humbolt and I purchased. Thanks!

Stopped in because our camper was swaying at around 60 mph. We did not purchase the camper here but Mark and his fellow technicians dropped what they were doing to help us out free of charge. They adjusted our sway bars very quickly and efficiently. These guys definitely know their business We were able to continue our trip to Colorado sway free!!! I highly recommend this place for service or purchasing a camper.

These guys are awesome! Been to their parts/service department several times and they are extremely helpful. Even offered to borrow me a tool to work on a water heater once and offered to make a special part for me today. Highly recommend.
