Fantastic Dental office. Very professional and clean atmosphere. I didn't realize that part of my lack of sleep was linked to my dental. My hygenist Laverna did an AMAZING job of identifying that I clench my teeth at night, was prescribed a night guard and it worked wonders. My jaw didn't hurt every morning and my sleep improved. I had been at other dental offices for the previous 15 years and no one had ever said anything. You are the best Laverna/ Dr. Cole and his team. Thank You

As a rule going to the dentist is not our list of favorite things to do. Our recent visit to Dr Andrew Coles dental office is worthily of comment. Upon entering ,we were greeted by Shelly at the front desk. She was outgoing and friendly putting as ar ease, erasing our anxiety about the man with drill! It was all positive from then on. The dental assistants were great, did their jobs well to prep for the dentist. Dr Cole is a friendly, calming man, and very professional. He explained procedures and gives options for further dental work and cost. We hardly recommend Dr Cole and his staff.

Dr. Andrew Cole and all of his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable as going to the dentist is no ones idea of fun but all the staff make sure you fully understand the plan of action for your upcoming appointments and that you are at ease and. Dr. Cole is a very understanding, sympathetic, and caring person and doctor. I started seeing Dr. Cole in mid 2019 and I had alot of work needed done including getting partials. Well in the midst of getting this all going I lost my mom in December of 2019 and I was her caregiver and was losing my insurance so Dr. Cole and his staff got everything scheduled and got me in with Mark to get my partials all done and delivered before I lost my insurance they were all a gods sent and I am greatly appreciated. I have since sold my house and moved out of Lewis county or I would still be seeing Dr. Cole and no other dentist. So in conclusion if you are looking for a AWESOME and CARING dentist office this would be the one

I was disappointed with front staff on scheduling during covid and unexplained charges for cancellations. A very rude and demanding Shelly at the front desk was useless as far as understaning my needs and was not willing to work with me on insurance and pre payments , at the end she seemed unusefull at best to help.I would have appreciated a direct call from Dr. Cole to work out a resolution instead of an arm wrestling match with a receptionist . In closing i received a pre typed letter of terminating a doctor/client relationship without reason.
