I can honestly say that I hate all things associated with LMC because I’ve found the majority of their staff is suffering from severe medical burnout and they take no mind to hide it from their patients. Dr. Donato was totally different. Our son woke up in the middle of the night with his first bout of croup cough. I’m a first time mom and it was horrifying to me because I had never heard the seal cough people had mentioned. We waited at the hospital Saturday night for 4 hours even though our 2 year old was having trouble breathing. When 6am finally rolled around I took us all home and decided to go to urgent care when they opened. My son is usually terrified of doctors, but Dr. Donato came in and he did everything he needed to do to make my son comfortable. Even when I was talking to him and telling him what was going on he never stopped looking straight at my son and making him laugh and get comfortable. Throughout the entire check up there wasn’t a tear shed. I wish he was a pediatrician, because I’d take my son to him exclusively. The rest of this corporation needs to take a lesson on how to treat people.
