We have taken our cars (non-Mitsubishi) here for oil changes for a few years, at a great price and always with good results. The staff let us know when there are items worth tending to, but we have never felt manipulated or pushed. Keep up the good work, Andy Mohr Mitsubishi!

I purchased a vehicle from Mitsubishi on Saturday (today is Monday). I was there between 1 and 1:30pm until 6pm. I was there for so long because I really did not want to finance with the lender of their choice. I was running late and I had no way to get home since I was dropped off. So I finally asked ..., so on Monday if I can get a lower rate with my credit union can I refinance the loan with them and not have to pay any fees to cancel this loan and he said yes. So I called first thing this morning and he said he already sent the paper work out (does FedEx really pick up at 8:30am??). So now I find out that I will need to pay a loan application fee, probably a prepayment fee, and a fee to cancel the warranty. He told me a 1000 is not worth redoing the paperwork because it is only a couple dollars a month, to me a 1000 is a lot. I hope they fax in my cancellation for Gap soon or I will pay a cancellation fee for that as well. I suggest not to go to this dealer if you do not want to finance with them or pay in cash. They could probably call the credit union where my paperwork is going (the credit union told me this) if they want to stop the loan from being processed, but they said no, they would not do that for me. I imagine it is because they want their bonus and they do not care if I have to pay unnecessary fees. I was taught to SELL WITH INTEGRITY, I wish they were taught to do the same.

My whole experience with Andy Mohr Mitsubishi was excellent. Thom Fish was very helpful with test drives, and Randy Walker answered various maintenance and service requirement questions on browsed vehicles. Everyone there is friendly, efficient, and eager to help you. The whole team made my trade-in experience with used vehicles a positive and enjoyable one. No stress, hassles, or issues. I would recommend the entire Andy Mohr group to anyone looking at new or used vehicles. Keep up the great work Andy Mohr Mitsubishi in Fishers, IN!

The staff was phenomenal John H was very patient and made sure that everything on the used vehicle i purchased was right and what dint work was promptly taken to the service dept and repaired. The icing on the cake was the presentation of the car. Even though it was a used car they brought the car to the delivery area covered with a tarp. When my wife and i arrived to pick it up we were met by 6 staff members grouped around the vehicle and the General manager rolled the tarp off the freshly detailed vehicle as everyone gave us a big round of applause. John then sat with me and went over every option and how everything worked. Great experience thanks to all for making this the best car buying experience I've had.

If you're in the market for a car - new, used, or otherwise, then you HAVE to ask for John Morris. We were in the market for a used car and had a lot of tough criteria to meet. John was able to find a wonderful car for us in our price range and we couldn't be happier. Not only that, but he (and the rest of the staff there) made the process very fun, quick, and easy. I'll have to say it was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. And I've bought a few cars.

Went there to check out a vehicle. Worst service ever. Walked in and waited to be greeted. After waiting a guy comes up and asks us what we were looking for and when we told him, he just handed us the keys and said it was out back. We go and look at car, broken windshield wand, filthy car seats, funky smell, and it had a leak. We went back in and waited again. Three workers was in an office not paying any attention to anyone. The guy who gave us the key finally came out and we asked him are they planning to do anything to the car. He just stated no sold as is and was in a rush to get away to help someone else. Was not willing to talk to us about the car. Needless to say we will not be going back and will happily take our money elsewhere.

After looking at cars for a long time and visiting every kind of dealership under the sun, it was refreshing coming here and meeting genuine people who weren't just trying to fob off some piece of crap car to make a quick buck. Our sales associate was Adam, and he really put effort in to give us the best deal we could have gotten. I would highly recommend Andy Mohr Mitsubishi to anyone looking to buy a second hand car.

Here is my story I submitted my online application on Monday January 2 i didn't receive a call until Wednesday I went to look at car and filled another application The finance guy was off and my sales person was off that Thursday (bad credit) I didn't hear anything until Saturday morning claiming I was already approved which when I got there was more copies and paper work which is understood with my bad credit . The manager introduced himself to another person and was extremely nice and claims he likes to meet everyone that looks at his cars. (His words ) I sat there and observed how he not once acknowledged me and when I left I made eye contact with him and nothing, my sales person walked by his office and said if he wanted to add anything and he said no. I needed more paper work (tax returns) later that day I get a txt saying car was sold . I started this January 2nd and car sold that following Saturday they just gave me the run around to they found a better buyer I feel I definitely noticed the difference in treatment by a mile Personally i appreciate the sales person that was trying but overall i don't know with my bad credit made me feel worst
