Not the place if you don't do dairy (Which most of the time is to be expected from an ice cream place) BUT the whole reason I originally visited was because of seeing a review on Google saying they had dairy-free options. It made me so upset when I arrived to be told they don't have non-dairy ice cream, the only non-dairy option is Italian ice (3 flavors available). I wanted to rate the place two stars at first but then I realized it wasn't their fault. I would've expected that if it wasn't for the review. (I wish it would've been more specific than to say they had dairy free optionS) so I didn't rate the place until visiting with a friend a second time. They got a banana split and said it was really good. The size was very generous! Customer service is very welcoming and friendly. I tried the strawberry Italian ice since that's all I could have, it was good but too sweet and sugary for my liking.

I asked the girl to give me a regular, she then started with giving me attitude. She got disgusted showing me the cup sizes as she aggressively moved cups. What happened to just being decent let alone customer service. The girl needs a good talking to. I won’t be back to this Andy’s. Left a bad taste.

My 6 yr old liked it. So many choices. Gave 4 stars because they need to add way more outdoor seating. There is no dine in here.

Great frozen custard with lots of options for mix ins! Lots of different kinds of treats on the menu as well. Fast and friendly service, will be back!

Does not taste like made from scratch custard, but as far as machine custard goes it's good. So much better than DQ. Always long line, but it moves quickly. Staff is always friendly. The cheesecake bits are yummy!

I wouldn’t call this custard. Our first time here. Price was right, but about the same as DQ and was melting before it was handed to me. We had solid and creamy custard in TN, which was great so thought we would try when we just arrived here. Not worth stopping at for me. Sorry, but not even average in my opinion.
