very bad service. Unable to talk to anyone with any ability to provide any assistance. Had VERY bad service for 6 months. I figured it was due to people staying home due to covid. Internet went down to practically nothing. Called and they were able to determine it was a problem with their equipment. Was promised it would be fixed in 72 hours. 3 weeks and a dozen phone calls later (last one informing them that I was dropping them) someone finally worked on it. Now I have been promised someone will call about credit for the 3 weeks. Hasn't happened

We've had this service for 10-15 years (prior to company change) and they've always been bad. We've always had bad connection and terrible customer service; waiting two weeks for problems they'd come out to address the problem, not counting when they had to send another person out because the first guy couldn't resolve the problem. But THIS is a new low. As of March the 8th, they changed our plan. 1000gb to 300gb with no price change, not including 10 for every 100gb over. Meaning we would've been paying over twice the price for the same amount if I didn't get on my laptop to see the notification going over, WHICH THEY AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE MORE. BUT CONVENIENTLY, they're closed the days the changes begin. They are only open Monday AND Friday this week of the changes as included in the attached photo.
Excellent service with Sparklight running complete Service to my home. We where in need of Internet very badly and Sparklight delivered. Would totally recommend their Service 100%...
We moved to Danbury and had no internet. I work from home and was in desperate need of a faster internet service than AT&T could provide (only UP TO 25mbps :-(). I refused to settle so I went with Sparklight. We live on the outskirts of Danbury and I was told that Sparklight didn't service our area. I talked to Sparklight and they came and ran the cable to my home. They are super busy and it took a couple weeks to get service but once we did we were really satisfied. Claud was super helpful and even called me from his own personal cell phone to provide me assistance. I would recommend Sparklight to friends and family.
With the rise in working and schooling from home we were on the hunt for a better internet provider as AT&T wasn't providing us with what was needed. Although the initial process to get service was frustrating due to an old manager leaving pieces undone, the new field manager, Claude, stepped in and expedited services. A month of frustration with internet consistently going out and various outside fixes not resolving the issue we were at wits end. Claude came to the rescue again, having someone check the cables inside and finding to many unused services flowing into the house creating inference. Once this was fixed the service has been impeccable! Winter Storm Uri knocked power out to their control room with no expected power restoration. Claude once again stepped in and found a commercial generator to power the control room and get signal flowing again. Their reputation is less than stellar; however things are on the up.
