I was having problems with tightness/weakness in my hip. Mary’s myofascial work was excellent. I look forward to seeing her again for more therapy. I only received her myofascial work, which is very different from regular Swedish massage. It’s great for specific pain, tightness, and post injury/surgery. I highly recommend Mary. She goes out of her way to listen and work with you and truly cares about helping you heal.

Before finding mary, i had frequent low back pain and my back would 'go out' sometimes by simply bending over to tie my shoes. I was also diagnosed with a leg length discrepancy, which I had for years....my right leg longer. I had been to chiropractors and physical therapy, who gave me a lift to wear in my shoe.....which did not help me. After my first visit with Mary, she balanced my pelvis.....fixing my uneven leg length. She educated me about the fascial system and how restrictions in other parts of my body were pulling my pelvis out of balance. She also taught me how to stretch correctly, so i was taking the time to stretch the fascia. After a few visits with Mary, my back was fine and 2 years later, i have not had any issues with my back and i threw my shoe lift away! My one regret is that i did not find Mary sooner......she would have saved me money from bouncing around from chiropractors and physical therapy. I highly recommend Mary for any and all aches, pains, injuries or stiffness you might have.
