I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Emily. I expected a deep tissue massage for temporary relief from .chronic pain. I received the massage with gratitude but also benefited from her expertise in physio, stretch therapy and nutritional advice that have brought about permanent improvement. I have since been able to return to hiking and have stabilized my post gall bladder surgery diet. If that weren’t enough, she was also instrumental in addressing a friend’s eating disorder and had a major hand in her recovery. I’m so thankful and look forward to my next treatment! PS While 100% professional, Emily is also wonderfully personable and made me feel completely at ease, which helped the massage be more effective.

As a big burly guy i wasnt sure at first this was the place for me. But man i was wrong. They can get after it here and really work you over. I havent felt this good in years. They also tone it down when you want too. My wife has gotten many massages here and she never feels sore or hurt after. They have nutritional products as well. Very informative and educational friendly and professional. All around great place and great people.
