New Client in today. I was terrible and called for a same day appointment on a Saturday, but they were great and got my pup in. We were just in for an annual wellness visit, but everyone from the front desk staff to vet techs to Dr. Reynolds were really friendly and great to work with. Loved Dr. Reynolds and will absolutely take my pets back her!

My cat, Marvin, always gets the best care when he visits the Animal Care Center. The doctors always know what’s best for him and the technicians are wonderful. The lobby and rooms are always clean, the front desk is welcoming, and the techs are friendly and open to answering any questions I might have. When my pets board there it seems like they don’t want to leave. I’ve never had any issues with this vet’s office.and wouldn’t change a thing about it. I highly recommend.

Ally is finally back by my side, I checked my mail last night and found a very heartwarming card and my sweet Allys paw print in an envelope. Very bittersweet, but I'm glad we were being helped by Animal Care Center of Carters Creek, it wasn't an easy day but they definitely made it easier on me. I'll miss you Ally Bear, you've been by my side almost as long as my oldest friend, and you were always there for me at every turn to comfort me, and make me feel loved. There are no words to describe how special you are to me, there will always be a void in my life with the loss of you.

My Husband and I highly recommend Animal Care Center of Carter’s Creek. Our Kali has been going there for a little over a year. Kali is a Day Boarder and she looks forward to going every morning. The staff is excellent!! They are all very friendly and caring. I feel so much at ease knowing that the ladies there are taking such wonderful care of our Fur Baby while we are at work. Outside of the excellent treatment that Kali gets there, I absolutely love how detailed oriented and observant that they are. They know Kali just as well as we do. If Kali isn’t feeling well or not acting like her normal self, they notice it really quick and let us know right away! Kali is a hugger and it tickles me pink every morning when I drop her off, how the ladies stand there and braces themselves for Kali’s daily hugs ️. I wouldn’t trust Kali in the care if anyone else!
