Took my kitty who is 15 in for respiratory issues. Dr. Rachael was upfront about what we needed to test for and what wouldn't be productive, and was upfront about the cost of everything also which I really appreciated since pet care can add up quickly . Caring and considerate staff who were eager to take the time out to answer my questions. This clinic has their own app where you can accumulate \paws\ for rewards that include nail trimmings and discounts on services. Trustworthy, empathic and professional clinic. Reccomend

My boy Blacky is an anxious but sweet 17 year old boy that had an unexpected issue. They got him in the same day, took very good care of him and doctor Rachel even followed up afterwards to see how he was doing. The staff took very good care of him while he was in the office, really made him feel at ease. Usually he's a barnacle that can't be away from me for very long, so it was great to hear he wasn't scared at all. They were even able to trim his back claws without any issues, matter of fact he was actually PURRING. They also take care of small animals which is great since we have a hamster named Elvis and it's a bit difficult to find a clinic that's knowledge as to their care. Midnight loved seeing everyone at the clinic when she was alive and when it was time to say our final goodbyes they truly cared and offered many options for her last trip back home. They even put her ashes in an adorable tin inside a hand made drawstring bag with some of her fur and gave us a very thoughtful card along with her footprints. All of our furry children love the staff at Sussex Clinic, and we do too. We wouldn't even to think of going anywhere else. Thank you Sussex Clinic for truly caring about the animals you provide care for. ️

We took our dog in to just have her nails clipped, because she doesn't really like to have that done by us. We call to make an appointment, and they got us right in. Once we arrived in the parking lot the staff came out to our car took her in and clicked her nails. They called us when she was ready and brought her out to our vehicle. It was very convenient and worked out great. Thank you for everything.
