I love this vet practice. The communication with the vets is great even though there currently is no face-to- face due to COVID precautions. In November though I had to say goodbye to my elderly dog due to cancer and my daughter and I were able to come inside and remain with her. They also have a daily vet to see emergencies. Dr Tierney is the best and the front desk staff is caring and professional.

We have been going to Animal General for almost 14 years. Dr. Bill Friedman and his entire staff are exceptional. The care, attention, and sensitivity is like no other facility. When our poodle, Bella, has an appointment, she is so happy to see everyone. They take such great care of her, Tracy, Alex, Deanna, Dr. Friedman, and the rest of the staff are amazing.. I have been bringing my dogs to Animal General since 2006. While I am eternally grateful to Dr. Zelinski for the generous and loving care she gave my dog Sparky during his final months, there are several vets at the practice and they are all excellent. my dogs have seen all the veterinarians in the practice and I'd recommend any of them (and I consistently do recommend them, whenever any of my local friends are looking for a new vet or not satisfied with their current one). In 15 years of being a client, they have always been a kind, caring and understanding partner in ensuring my dogs' good health.
I have been taking my Lab to Animal General for 10 years and will now be taking my poodle as well. The facility is clean, organized and efficiently run. The Vets and staff are all very attentive, caring and explain things thoroughly.
I needed to get three shots for my dog, @Mr.LoveMuffin and the staff was very responsive, personable and paid attention to detail. While I wanted to knock out all three shots in one day, the veterinarian recommended that we break up the visit due to his weight. There were no additional charges because of this and I really appreciated that.
Always so attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Lang is amazing! She takes her time to explain and give an advice. Not pushy but very very experienced. Thank you!
I've been going to Animal General for about 20 years. They are top-notch but also very kind and loving to the animals. Most recently my dog had a seizure early one morning. First time. I called AG even though i knew it wasn't 8 am yet. Alex called me back at 745 and tallulah was in with dr Tierney by 930. Very responsive
