Honestly I’m shocked this place has so many good reviews. I waited 45 min for my dog to be seen by the vet. They make you wait in these small rooms that don’t even have chairs. The vet “examined” my dog outside of the room. I have no idea how thorough the exam was because they don’t even look at your dog in front of you. No opportunity to ask questions as they examine. The vet breezed in told me she recommend a 350 treatment for my dog including a 60 shampoo that I already told them twice I was using. They stepped out to grab an itemized list of what each treatment costs and by the time I received the list she was already in another room so I was unable to ask any further questions. I have never been to a place that made it so obvious they only wanted a paycheck. Also they charge an excessive amount over the average for their medications. I paid 38 for 10 cefpodoxime tablets that I can buy on Chewy.com for 11. I understand everyone needs to make money but this is NOT a business I would ever give my money to again.

Went to see their Exotics Vet for our Jackson's Chameleon. She was very knowledgeable, and very kind to our chameleon. The entire staff that we met were very nice, and went above and beyond to give my human toddler a coloring page with markers! Everyone made it worth it to go back. Prices were on par from what I could find with exotic pets. Overall I'm really happy to have found them and that they were accepting new patients.

Always love our experience at this office! The staff is so sweet and they genuinely care about your animals. They take such great care of our two rescue cats and our newest puppy. We are so glad they are right here and able to care for our animals on the island!

They know my Boo every time I call and every time I walk in! They treat her as their own fur baby and take the ABSOLUTE BEST CARE of her, as she is my rescue dog, also my nationally registered support dog, and my only companion in my home. Now that she's a senor, they are caring for her even more deeply. BEST vet EVER! And, she also happens to be the COOLEST dog on the beach, checking out other \hunky\ boy dogs!
