The staff is welcoming and seem to care about the animals. They don't seem to look down at my choice of breed. (Pitbull) The vet actually got on the floor to make my dog more comfortable.

I have a Korean Jindo and she only likes her family. She is very protective and doesn't take to others quickly. So she can be difficult when we take her to the vet. The staff are always nice and handle my dog well. I have been bringing her here for 6 years.
