I love Animal Clinic of South Boston! The staff is friendly and they take care of my beloved Mischief. He is my first pet and a rescue that my family adores, so naturally I want the best care for him. They even called to check on him after he was treated for an injury. Thank you again Dr. McConahey he is back to his old self!

No complaints about the Vet, she is professional and my pup was well taken care of. We had an appointment on 3 weeks ago after which no communication was made by any form regarding our pups follow up. I called them couple of days later and i was told i have an appointment in the next 20 days and we made sure we were all set. When i called them up again on the day to confirm i was informed i had no appointments for today. It is sure a front desk issue and it is extremely unprofessional. And the teller even obliged to me to find a new vet. As a Clinician myself i understand the responsibility to keep my patients posted about their follow up and appointments. This was ridiculous . I would not wanna go back unless the people responsible make an effort to make things right. As i said no complaints about the Vet , she has nothing to do with this bad management or poorly trained support staff. Dr Arjun Dutt
