Worst experience ever. A simple project for a 2.5 minute video took forever, by the time it was done, it was outdated and useless, never could use it despite paying for it. Lots of money paid, nothing finished or useful delivered. After no communications for well over a year, now they want to \fix it\ and charge me even more money to do what they should have done the first time. Run as fast as you can from these people. Someone with a very heavy India accent always seems to have a very generic American name. That should be a warning right there. Seems like everyone you come in contact with, is from India; they fail to comprehend they took my money, they delivered nothing useful, it was never used. Now they want to charge me even more to \make it right for me.\ What a total con job these people are.
