Nice specialty shop with the ultimate selection of olive oil.

This is an amazing store with an eclectic product: olive oil, vinegars, seasonings and flavorings. I won't even pretend that I understand the science behind it all, but I can tell you the folks who run it can. Name your meal or food-- veggies or meat--and they will find the right product to take it the next level. You can even sample the wares-- try it before you buy it. Note: the photos are from my kitchen and not the Olive Tap.

I love this place, so many things to look at and try. I have found some amazing vinegars here and my food is always incredible. Reason for 4 stars is because it is really expensive, be prepared to spend about 19 or more for a 350 ml bottle.
