I went online to get a quote and was quoted a certain amount and asked for payment. Something told me to call and ask for more details. Not sure who it was but I believe it was the owner he advised me that he doesn’t operate in the winter to Kentucky. I simple stated well on your website it allowed me to get a quote and asked for payment you may want to update your website to reflect these changes. He stated he changed his mind about picking up cars in the winter and he didn’t have to update his website and was rude to me. Horrible business etiquette. The owner calls me after seeing my review and is cursing me out on the phone, yet I’m the angry one. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau!

After dealing with several companies that flaked out on us, we went with Andre at A&M transport. He responded very quickly, was able to get the car hauled away within 48 hours of the request. It arrived at our destination quickly. He checked in with us throughout the process, excellent communication. He even jumped in the car when the battery was found dead. Would definitely recommend this service provider for hauling your vehicle.

Spoke with Matt Buxten who was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and LOCKED UP my order for car transport in someway that kept truckers from bidding my job. THIS COMPANY WILL DO ANYTHING TO STEAL UOUR TRUST, FAITH and INTEGRITY. At this point I WOULD BEVER USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! FRAUD, LIARS & SCAMMERS BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!

Buyer beware!!! I was told the transport was 600. I agreed and sent my deposit. Once i met with the actual driver which is an outside company i was told the charge was 50 more. The driver was very nice. He told me to call ANM and explain what's going on. I called and the guy named Mathew told me he had proof of me agreeing to the additional 50. When i asked for the proof he told me i just wont get my car and then hung up on me. When i tried to call back he must have blocked my number and it says the number cant be dialed from my area. This is the exact reason why people need to be aware of bad businesses running online. This company is scamming people for extra money at the end of the job! NOT OK!!!! Thieves........
