Just got a letter at my ex wife’s address about a collection account from sun homes for 1,210.97, first of all my name was removed from the lease 15 months before she moved out. Sun homes kept my 1500 deposit and said we’d get a refund. I’d like to know who in the hell thought it would be a good idea to get me fired up 2 years after I moved out free and clear?

Charging my account 44 every few days how can I pay off my balance when you keep charging me?? Im 5000 in the hole and my credit score shot down because of them!!! Just terrible

AAB will work for companies who scam poor people out of trailers by overcharging rent. People also get sent to collections when they leave Countryside Village park if they don't remove trailers on their lease. (Though Countryside village will just sell them anyway, and never see a loss.) They won't even attempt to contact tenants before moving on to collections, either. You guys are the same as who you work with, and you work with trash that can't even give kids clean water. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
