The staff in the vet clinic are excellent! I had my dog's dental cleaning done here, and even though they ended up extracting several teeth, the price was fair/reasonable compared to everywhere else I checked AND everyone there was extremely kind and informative! I highly recommend getting procedures done there because the prices are fair and they are really compassionate about the animals under their care.

Thank you for helping us with our wild life - - the ground hog we called Anita was around our homes for many years this Fall she broke her leg and we tried to catch her but weren't this lucky until now - the HSHV came ASAP when we had her she was severely underweight and the leg had not healed right and she would not have made it through the winter - nothing they could do but ending her suffering - strangely we felt we lost a friend but knowing it was the right thing to do and that she is not suffering anymore - our little once much bigger groundhog Anita - rest in peace - and thank you HSHV - for being there - Andrea and neighbors

Adoption, vet clinic, intake, and services are all amazing. Friendly and caring staff no matter what department you have to use during your visit. Very professional and cares about animals wellbeing more than anything. 10/10 recommend to anyone. In washtenaw county or not, please consider this humane society for your pet adoption and veterinary care.

I love this place ...seamless operations to seriously help animals.I found a cat in bad shape in the cold with a broken foot. They got lil buddy taken care of immediately. I also adopted the cat I found...thruu them. Cant say enough good things about the humane society.
