I just purchased a vehicle at Fox Infiniti in Ann Arbor on Jackson rd. and it was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have had quite a few. First our sales professional was Anthony Solack. A true professional who was more courteous, knowledgeable and intelligent than most I have experienced in various dealerships. And if he didn’t know the answer he didn’t make it up or lie , he said I’m not sure I will find out the answer. He went above and beyond to make my buying experience a pleasure, which sounds odd, a pleasurable experience at a dealership??? The sales manager actually sat down with me and my wife and explained the financial breakdown etc. He was patient and extremely kind and genuine. Also rare attributes in a dealership. The sales manager went out of his way to give us the absolute best deal and best payment, which he definitely did. This car buying experience was unlike anything I have experienced. I would strongly recommend the Fox Infiniti dealership for anyone’s next car buying experience. I was truly blown away. I also want to stress that I never write reviews, typically because the service was bad . I am proud to write this review and thank everyone that helped us at Fox Infiniti. We will be back !!!! Chad
This was ok. I pulled up and the guy acted like I didn't have an appointment, which I did. Then I went to the waiting room and it was....lacking. Empty fridge. Keurig. If you're looking for a luxury car experience this isn't the place. Oil change in my QX80 was fine.
