Kaplan Test Prep cancels classes at the very last minute. Signed up 2 months ago for a class for my daughter which was to start this weekend. Got 4 days notice that the class wasn't going to be taught. Did a quick look online and this is a constant complaint about Kaplan. I should have read the reviews first. Now we're stuck and have to scramble. *** In the response below, Kaplan says they have \attempted\ to reach out to us. That is not correct. They did reach out to us but made no effort to come to any kind of a satisfactory solution. They merely reiterated their policies...they can cancel any time with no warning. To be fair to them...when we were originally notified we given the option to switch to a undesirable service (online class) or a refund. We took the refund. So if taking a refund for a promised service is what you've got in mind. Go Kaplan. Otherwise...don't.
