I've definitely suggested this place to many since going. The owner definitely knows his facts as he spent his former decades being a traveling keyboard musician with all the best. He's very straightforward, and can pin down what kind of keyboard player you are within minutes to suggest the best product. He will order in keyboards he doesn't have on his floor for you. Not pushy in any regard, in fact he instructed me to go home without a piano, do research on the two he pointed out for me, and then come back!

The shopping experience in this store is my worst in Ann Arbor. I am not a professional player and I feel judged by the seller after I tried one piano. Maybe I don’t show strong interest in buying one and try negotiating a little bit so I got this treatment. I would never recommend anyone go there personally.
