Carl and the Majestic team are simply, THE BEST! They have been our families go-to team for the last 4 years and we can’t say enough about their expertise and professionalism. They promptly respond to each query and have always provided over-the-top service. Their bi-monthly home checks always reassure us that “all is well” while we are away. Carl has helped us with so many household tasks — installing electronics, repairing faucets, assembling furniture, hanging light fixtures, moving from one home to another, and much more. We so appreciate their transportation services and it warms our hearts to be greeted with a “welcome back” hug when being picked up at the airport. We are so fortunate to have Majestic taking care of our Ann Arbor home and we are especially blessed to call them dear friends.
Majestic Concierge has been working with our family for the past 4 years and each service request is handled to our expectations. Carl and his team have proven to be reliable, trustworthy, and most importantly, resourceful. Majestic has helped our household with house-sitting, errand running and pet care. In fact, Carl is the only person that our dog will stay with if we are away. Majestic has scheduled, coordinated and met with home repair services while we are at work, provided car service to the airport and even delivered our groceries on those days when my wife and I work late. The services offered have been an important part of our weekly routine with such errands as dry cleaning and grocery shopping as well as assisting with complex travel arrangements all over the globe. Even more important we feel confident in trusting them with our home and our most precious assets – our beloved Pug Riley. As we travel so much it gives us great peace of mind that they are checking in on our home and spending time with our Riley – they are definitely animal lovers! Living in another state when your child in college gets sick is one of the most frustrating experiences a parent can have. You just feel so helpless! For that reason, I am grateful to have discovered this fantastic service. My daughter was sick with flu at the University of Michigan and literally could not get moving in the first snow of the year. I called Majestic — Carl— at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning and by 11am my daughter had Gatorade, fresh fruit, medicine and supplies delivered to her door. Carl was professional and helpful. I highly recommend!
