Michigan Urgent Care 3280 Washtenaw Ave. At such a critical time as COVID-19...my son was coming in from LA. WE Scheduled an appointment for the test only to arrive and be told testing ended at 8pm. Well for crying out loud...why didn't it say that!!! This is serious...and people are playing around like it's not. Do better! People's lives depend on it!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I arrived one morning for a drug test for my job. The facility had lost power the night before and it had yet to be restored. Instead of simply dismissing me and sending me on my way, a staff member went out of her way to call the manager to ask if they could still provide the service for me. While the manager explained that this would not be possible, the fact that the staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate me spoke volumes. This is just one positive example of many of how the staff here work to accommodate the needs of their patients.

Profession staff and timely service. Would recommend to anybody needing any quick care. Dr. Shah was kind and knew what he was taking about, broke down the diagnosis well.
