I was there to pick up an order and the girl with no name tag and green hair was rude and absolutely a disservice to your company. I've been to many Party City's and used to work at the Dearborn store so I know what's expected. And this young lady must have missed that part of orientation.

I think it is the stupidest thing when stores give discounts only to their online customers. Why would one compete with themselves. Buying an item I was unfamiliar with so I needed to see it in person, but I can't use my discount that way. So they'd rather me buy and return as opposed to see it and get it. Or they don't respect my time and they wanted me to go see it and then come home and order it online, that's great customer service UGH...

I placed a curbside pickup order and used the app to let the store I had arrived. I waited for about 10 minutes before just going in after calling multiple times to no answer. When I went in all the employees were standing around talking and my order was just sitting there. I only used curbside pickup because I was busy and running errands all day, so the convenience of it would have been super helpful that day. Why offer curbside pickup if the employees aren't going to check when customers have arrived.
