No prior experience Or muscles needed! The aerial silks class was a lot of fun. The instructor was patient and reassuring. I still can’t believe we were able to do any moves!

they left us to do our own thing without getting taught anything.

I was looking for a fun way to keep up silks skills while on vacation, and I'm so glad I picked Ringstar. I was amazed at how much instruction Amelia fit into one hour. I learned several new moves, transitions, and creative combinations. I felt like I definitely got more than my money's worth, and everyone was very friendly. The fellow students were helpful and supportive. It was a mixed level class, and I was amazed at how well she did taking lots of time for beginners while giving experienced students something new to work on. The gym was minimalist, warehouse set up, but that didn't bother me.

Went there as an athletic dude and had a great time. Parking is great, and the studio is humble. The studio is on the backside of a long building. I did aerial silks beginner. The tempo is set well from easy to increasingly more difficult moves. If you're open minded and want a gymnastic thing to do, give it a try!

Diane fails to provide even basic safety mats for her classes. She spends 1/4 of the class checking in students and telling them to \warm up\ without telling them how. The classes are often overfilled -- we had three to a silk, which I have never experienced anywhere else. Go somewhere that has safety measures that are on par with any other studio, with a teacher who takes pride in their classes. Don't go here.
