Stopped by campus to buy a computer for college. Was hardly greeted when I entered the store and was given the wrong computer despite asking multiple times whether the staff member had grabbed to right one. Drove home to discover they had given me the wrong computer and drove back to Ann Arbor get the correct one, where the staff member barely apologized. When I went to set up the computer, the fan made a grinding noise that should never come from a brand new computer. Extremely disappointed with service, do not buy computers here.

If I could give zero stars I would. DONT take your electronics here for repairs. Honestly, I would NEVER buy anything from this place ever again. My iPad was at computer showcase at the Shapiro library for weeks for a cracked screen. Staff was incompetent! Everyone was confused about how much it would cost to fix it. It was a mess. Please just go to the Apple store and buy AppleCare. Don’t waist your time with this place!
