Nice apartment at good price. I really enjoy living here so far, especially with the attached bathroom in my bedroom and having laundry machine in living room. Although I work on the Central Campus, the location here is Okay since it‘s close to the blue bus station. The staff are responsive and have taken appropriate actions during the pandemic.

I've lived in Courtyards for 2 years and have no complaints. I've watched the place transform with their new remodeled study rooms, comfy lobby, and fun game room! The staff are very engaging and nice! Highly recommend this location for those who love North Campus!
I’ve lived at the Courtyard’s for three years and I absolutely enjoy it. The staff are phenomenal and very professional. Their updated study rooms and amenities are perfect for any student.
