In light of the covid 19 situation the store was limiting customers. They had a sanitizer station set up. They ensured everyone wore masks. Tiffany was the employee who assisted me and she was wonderful. The entire staff was courteous and professional.

I order an item online and the shipment tracker gave an estimated delivery of the 14th, I ordered my item almost 2 1/2 weeks ago. Will definitely not be buying another item from Vera Bradley ever again!

Great place and location but unfriendly staff. I tried returning a laptop sleeve and one of the workers was questioning why I bought the item in the first place and said I had better luck buying it at the Apple Store. My thought with this comment is don’t you want people to buy your merchandise. Overall not pleased with the staff.

BEWARE OF IN STORE PICK UP! Placed an in store pick up order a month ago. Thought that I was charged already for it, but nope they waited a whole month to charge me and did not even bother to tell me there was an error! And DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. I will no longer shop Vera Bradley. They even called me the day they charge me to see how I was enjoying my purse. BUT NEVER BOTHER TO TELL ME I WAS BEING CHARGED NOW FOR IT. They have no RESPECT for their customers. My money is better spent elsewhere.

The staff is always really helpful, kind & knowledgeable. I placed a phone order today and they were so patient as I figured out which coupons I could use. If you can't find what you want in store, they'll order it for you! They've expanded their lines past the classic quilted cotton and have a great selection!
