Everyone was eager to assist where they could and took the time to get to know me, which is what made this a memorable and enjoyable experience. - The team was very patient in the fitting process of my necklace. Each time I made a minor request, they happily made the adjustments and insisted their highest priority was for me to love wearing the piece. - Jim & Joel were creative when it came to the design of my customized necklace. They offered ideas and options that enabled me to make informed and confident decisions to ultimately, with their collaboration, create a beautiful piece to match my unique aesthetic. My necklace has easily become my favorite accessory and am so grateful for their expertise! Am eager to work with them again and recommend them to anyone who may not know a lot about jewelry, but do know they want a high quality piece that will captivate their individuality.

Had to wait for a bit to review to avoid spoiling the surprise for my now-fiancée, but they did a beautiful, fast, and fairly-priced job repairing my grandmother’s wedding set (and of course, she said yes)! Everyone was great in-store as well - I grew up in Annandale and it was well-worth the drive out from the suburbs. A well-earned 5 stars.

Every time I go into Miller's Jewelry it's like visiting friends. From purchasing new beautiful jewelery for gifts and special occassions to fixing and cleaning my mother's or my jewelry, it's always a five-star experience. Mark did a great job building this business and his two wonderful sons - Joel and Jim - are doing super with that legacy. Their team is so friendly and always remember you. I can't say enough good things about the Miller's Jewelry business!
