Dr. Kim is truly a wonderful OB. She has such great knowledge and experience and has in-house technology to quickly assess if there's a true concern. She is conservative and not reactive in her approach to my reproductive health concerns and she's been accurate every time. She's also just a lovely person. Great bedside manner, makes you feel at ease. Her staff are so nice as well. I highly recommend her!!

I am so grateful this place has a bilingual doctor. I was referred to this practice from my entire female side of the family that live in Virginia. The place is small and clean. Covid-safety regulations were up to par. I loved the doctor. She kept it extremely real with me. I felt very comfortable with her. I do not have any medical insurance so I was really pleased it did NOT cost a lot of money to get my check up/exam.

The doctor has the WORST customer service. I called the office two days from my appointment but no one picked it up. I left a voice message to inform that I will be cancelling the appointment. On the appointment day, the doctor called me and told me that she never received my voice message and started to yell at me saying that she is booked for next 3 weeks and this is not fair for the other patients, and she only takes 2 patients at one day because of pandemic (I think she said this in regards to the business aspect). She was also telling me that she is short of staffs, but I don't know why I need to know that because that is her problem. I told her multiple times that I left a voice message 2 days before the appointment date for cancellation, but she never believed me. I don't understand why I had to listen to her trying to teach me how to be a good patient for her when I already did what I could do on my end. I DO NOT recommend this doctor at all. Dr. Kim, again, I DID leave the voice message 2 days before the appointment date. I have a call record of this. The fact you did not receive my voice message is not a problem of mine from the point I left the voice message because I took my responsibility for the cancellation in advance. I do not feel comfortable in regards to that you are trying to blame me for that the urgent patient could not come in. I did not know about this patient and I already cancelled my appointment on my end. Please STOP replying back to me about the issue, I already had enough terrible experience from you.

Dr. Kim has been my OB for about 2 years. I found this office as I was on the hunt for an OB after becoming pregnant, and never would I have thought the care would surpass the “standard” doctor-patient relationship. She and another doctor/midwife who is no longer there, were so supportive of all my concerns and needs no matter how much of a worry bug I’ve been. Dr. Kim delivering my daughter made my second pregnancy and birth experience so wonderful and reassuring that I was truly in the best care. Dr. Kim takes true pride in her work and she exudes happiness and positivity no matter how busy she gets. I remember seeing her so tired the night of my delivery but she was upbeat and ready to go anyway! And at the time, she would take selfies with the newborns she’s delivered (with mommy’s consent of course) to print and post in her office on the walls. I always thought that was so cool and sweet. I still have mine in my phone. It’s a lovely memory to add to a family photo album that I’m sure (my daughter) would think is cool to see. No matter what I come to see her for, she is supportive, personable, and extends the upmost care and COMPASSION and THATS why I refuse to change OBs!!! -I love that she cares for all of her patients from all different walks of life. I actually just left the office and she gave me a hug as I left out and I told her “thank you for the love you have given me, you’re such a great doctor!” As I went to my car, I said to myself... “love?” Should I have said that? ......That was a little awkward . (So, sorry for the awkwardness Dr. Kim) But hey, I guess I meant what I said because that’s just how she makes ya feel. She’s not JUST doing a job. And those are the kinds of doctors we need more of. On a more professional note- it’s the CARE she has given me... that’s more so what I mean. Lol Thank you again, Dr. Kim. -You’re awesome

Dr. Kim was incredibly comforting and personable. One of the best experiences I've had with a doctor of any type. She definitely goes above and beyond for her patients.
