I can’t fathom who anyone in their right mind would remotely think this type of medical service is anywhere near close to “good”. I’ve seen better medical services through military doctors. And that’s saying a lot. This place checks you in, takes hours to get to a back room to “talk to a doctor” then you wait another 2-3 hours to even remotely speak to a doctor. Then they leave again for who knows what. This is a lackluster of any professional medical center, honestly an embarrassment to their name because people have praised this hospital for what? For waiting 6 hours in emergency room to talk to a doctor ?

Staff & Nurses were amazing.

I came to this hospital because I accidentally ingested a chemical and was having adverse reactions. They took me to the mental health wing and it was an absolute nightmare. I was helped (if you want to call it that..) by an old nurse named Susan and she was an absolute witch. She, along with the rest of the nurses in the mental health wing, treated me like dirt. I was in agony, paralyzing anxiety, and just straight terrified, and no one ever gave me any comforting words. It took me 6 hours to receive any kind of help and every time I asked the nurses for ANY kind of information they acted like I had just killed their first born. Like, how DARE the patient that is staying in this hospital and helping to pay my bills ask me any questions about HIS care?! I was in the hospital from 2am until 4pm the next day, didn’t get any kind of sleep, and all they did was give me a pill to help my anxiety (which did nothing for me). They wouldn’t let me leave and threatened to put a forced hold on me if I did. I felt like I was locked in hell with no way out. I consider what I experienced in this hospital abuse. The nurses even yelled at me on two occasions and called me selfish for asking questions about my care (because “there were other people in the hospital other than myself and I shouldn’t just think only of me”). Before I left, the evil hag Susan told me she was glad that I was leaving because I had been such a difficult person to care for. Even though I probably asked her three questions the whole time I was forced to stay in the hospital. Please, NEVER go to this hospital. On top of that, the patient advocate never gave me a call back to listen to my experience even though I called her/him about 6 times because I was absolutely disgusted by how I was abused in this hospital.

Do not take an adolescent here for mental heath concerns. The staff is not equipped to handle nor give accurate information. they WILL make you feel like you are being judged and not important.
